Armor Stand UI improvement

There's no "New Feature" issue type for this JIRA project, so this suggestion will be improperly categorized:

Using an armor stand should be similar to equipping items to a horse. Displaying an interface to interact with the armor stand seems like a much more intuitive alternative to placing items on the stand via held/hotbar slots.
