Lifeboat and Mineplex servers cant connect

The servers included with MCPE and Windows 10 edition refuse to connect after 2 hours of waiting. It will say connecting to external server and wont connect but when attempted on any other device other than my computer it will connect in about 15 seconds. If anyone has a fix for this please help
