Your device isn't compatible with this version after i factory reset my phone

Before I format my phone, I still able play minecraft pocket edition
After i formatted my phone today, i tried to redownload the minecraft pocket edition, it is prompted as "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

How do solve this issue? What happen?
