Its too laggy for my device!

It's too laggy for my Android 5.0 Nextbook lolipop version. When I always get on Minecraft and make/join a world or join a sever the game is just too laggy to play it. I tried to fixing it by lowering my setting to the lowest. But it still too laggy I even deleted a the custom resource pack and in-game muisc but it still too laggy. Please fix it I want to play Minecraft again :.(
