Bought a realm and it hasn’t shown up in game.

I bought a realm on 09/29/17 and I received a message saying that the realm was purchased but something went wrong and it would create the realm soon. Every time I check, the realm still isn't there and it's saying I can create one for $7.99. I've already checked my bank account and $8.55 was already taken out by Microsoft for the realm.
