Parrots Teleport Without Permission

In Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, I leave parrots in a room sitting down, so they don't follow me. But when I re-open the world, all tamed parrots appear (teleport) next to me. Dogs stand where they are sitting but parrots do not. I think it is a bug.
