Lighting not right on Item frames

When a room is dark, or even lighted, an item frame appears to be slightly illuminated. It's not from the Smooth Lighting Glitch, because this problem persists in the new update, and I even turned off Smooth Lighting, and it was still the same. (the first two are with Smooth Lighting, the second, without)
