Hopper Minecarts freeze in position when game is saved

Playing on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge When I save and Exit the game, Hopper Minecarts running between my farms and storage freeze in place. the tracks are a mixture of powered and non powered rail. Often this occurs when the minecarts are under the farms meaning i have to destroy and rebuild the tracks.
