Flickering Screen

Hi! Since the last version of MCPE came out, I have experienced a flickering screen on the start page when it says Mojang. After, it seems to be fine when I start playing. Sometimes, it's fine and carries on as normal. P.S I have experienced it on PC when the launcher is loading up. But on PC, it seems to not stop flickering.
