Security issue - able to access ‘brand new pets’ on Xbox One New Minecraft

I found my son playing on ‘brand new pets’ server even though all the security settings do not allow for multiplayer games or Xbox Live.

Questioning him he selected server, then brand new pets. He then clicked on the warning which took him back to the home screen. He then did all the steps again taking him back to the home screen, this time when he entered the play screen he was able to access ‘brand new pets’ from the friend tab, with some others momentarily appearing. He is then able to access the game and play and communicate with everyone on there.

He is 8 years old and is able to find a method of getting around all the security features of Xbox Live.
