Cannot update to Bedrock Version from Xbox One Edition.

I still do not have 1.2 Better together Update. I am still waiting for it to show up. I have met the requirements for the update since 9/21/17. Can't find anything online where other people are still waiting. Very little updates on twitter or elsewhere.
