Entities do not slide under top-half slabs

Entities do not flow under top half slabs while moving through a water stream. The Java version allows this, making for efficient item movers. With the Windows 10 (Bedrock Engine) edition, items are stopped by the half slabs instead of flowing underneath as in the Java Edition.
