Texture pack issue

When I try to import a texture pack with a messed up manifest, it would give me the manifest error, but when I try importing a different texture pack with a correct manifest file, it would try to import the pack that gave me error with manifest. What ever pack I try to import it wouldn’t try to import the pack I’m trying to import.
