Light (torches, furnace, etc.) doesn't show after the update

After the new update (28.9.2017) light from torches stopped showing. I tried many other light sources, but nothing did lit a single block. It happens on all worlds. I tried restarting my computer, checking the game settings thoroughly and contacting Xbox support (they sent me here).
