Downloaded Realms Fail to Sync

I uploaded a world to a Realm via Xbox, but when I download it using Win 10 version, the data won't sync, just keeps syncing, and never stops, I just want backups of my city world on One Drive b4 I get griefed, and w/o disable autosave, that is so hard to avoid, please fix this b4 it's too late. Someone griefing your world is inevitable, and I need a backup in a good place, thank you for reading this.
