Jungle Leaves Not Transparent In Hand

NOTE: This affects any Bedrock Platforms that have Jungle Leaves transparent,

When you hold Jungle Leaves in your hand, they are not transparent. However, they are when placed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab Jungle Leaves from your Creative Inventory or any other method
2. Hold the Jungle Leaves in your hand
