Cross-platform Minecraft v1.2.1 - 'What's this?' option is missing in Inventory

In the XBox 360 and XBox One Editions we are able to hover over an item in a chest/inventory/quickbar and hit the right-trigger which launched 'What's this?'. This the new cross-platform edition does not appear to have this feature.
