Cross-platform Minecraft v1.2.1 - Inventory navigaton for XBox One Console is slow/heavy/sluggish

In this new cross-platform Minecraft Edition, the Inventory/Crafting/Chest cursor navigations are slow/heavy/sluggish. The cursor moves just fine when not in these screens and adjusting the "Sensitivity" setting has no impact on the Inventory/Crafting/Chest screens.

Please Note - This is not an issue on the XBox 360 or XBox One Minecraft Editions.
