Game crashes while trying to transfer world from Minecraft: Xbox one edition to Minecraft Better together

While trying to transfer my map over from the Xbox One Minecraft to the new Better together updated version, the game will crash and boot me back to the Xbox One dashboard, this has happened numerous times, been speaking to Xbox Support, tried everything there end and nothing is working at all.
