Mossy Stone bricks crafting

When I craft mossy Stone bricks it will only allow one to create. I must then remove the one I created from my inventory before creating another. If I try to create another while one is in my inventory the needed items are taken from my inventory but no new mossy Stone brick is placed in inventory
