Music disc 11 will not play when put in to jukebox.

I got a music disc, music disc 11 to be exact. And I went to put it in a jukebox, but it wan't playing any sound, but there was still sound in the game. So I made sure to download music once again because maybe that was the problem but no because I went back in to the game and there was still no music I took out the disc and put it back in and it still didn't work
