Xp Bar Bug (Not Fixed)

When Edit The XP Bar In The GUI In Icons It Does Not Change Please Fix This So I Can Edit The XP Bar So I Can Make Minecraft Look Like The Classic Minecraft And I Edited The Rec!! Please Fix This!!! Not Fixed Still I Will Update The Image to make more sense
