Mineplex Bug- No Items in Hotbar When Playing "One In the Quiver"

The title of the bug says most of it. When you play "One in the Quiver" in the server Mineplex, you sometimes when playing, receive no items in your hotbar. Once you die, you respawn with the items needed to properly play the mini-game. If this bug can be reported directly to Mineplex, please alert me. Thank you.
