When it rains, It snows

Almost every biome in my world keeps on stacking snow when it rains. How can I remove this. I hate seeing snow even if it's not a snow biome. Please help me on this issue. I love my creations in my world I don't want it to be ruined by snows when it rains in it. Thanks in advance.
