Crash connected to connection issues

I cant play with my friend, it crashes when he joins, even worse, i cant ever join his. Since it crashes so much, we had to set up realms, even then i cant play with him, he can connect to the realm, but i join as well, and it crashes, please Mojang, fix your game!
