Crops and grass extremely slow growing

This happens on both systems Xbox One and Windows 10
After planting crops they don't grow in a normal time like one to four days in game time they usually take two weeks or more very slow.
Grass dosent respawn like it did in xbox one edition it take more than a month ingame time for it to respawn.
