Game crashes when i try to craft a banner!! And it gets annoying!!

So i was just trying out some new awesome features
you know. And when i tried to make a cutsom banner
the game crashed immediately after i crafted it, and I really want to be able to make one. So dear mojang can you please fix this.
I play on a Huawei y5 ii dual if that help's you.
