Jittery screen sensitivity

Phone I'm using: Cloudfone Excite Prime

So, the issue happens when I'm moving the screen to look at.

It seems like X sensitivity is jittery just as the Y sensitivity of the screen, I tried to reduce sensitivity from options but the screen is still jittery when I'm swiping to look.
