LOW framerate on Quad core phone

My Galaxy Note 2 has a Quad Core processor and on some world's will lag. T-Mobile said to talk to the developer of this app so I hope that you can fix this. So MCPE will have at least 60fps PLEASE! iPhones don't have a Quad core and they don't lag.
