When i open the chat/command menu my game crashes

Hey mojang when in minecraft 1.2 (bedrock) when i open the in game chat menu my game always freezes or crashes i tried everything deleting my global packs, shutting down my tab, changing some settings but nothing works i hope u can fix it because it is really annoying
