The game does not start anymore

Hello, I play on the Xbox One to the new update of Minecraft Better Together. I played yesterday and I had some success but the game has cut itself. And since I can not replay with it, it does not launch properly.

I contacted Xbox support but the latter told me that they could not do anything about it. That I had to contact the Mojang Bug service. So here I am.
