Mob Farm/Villager Breeder Broken

Hi.

After converting my old world to play on the new update I've found although my Redstone is fine the mob farm I've built is no longer working. It is a basic mob farm with a tower that pushes mobs from the platforms with water.

I've also found that my villagers will not breed or farm.
