Problems converting large world to Better Together

Problems Converting my world to better together from xbox one edition

file size is 82.9mb when i convert it only says 20.4 mb and when i open world most of my work is missing and it also keeps crashing on me have reported this to xbox support and been through there steps ref number (133190030) please help with this as would love to see my world on better together
