Connection issue after micro transaction

I downloaded the better together update and attempted to do a micro transaction. Ever since I have been unable to reach any online services on that account. I tried another account on the same consol and had no problem. But ever since i tried to buy something that specific account cant reach the network. And I've already been charged for the purchase
