[MCPE-26534] Windows 10 Edition - Crash through .dll

Starting Minecraft Windows 10 Edition is impossible, it crashes on Startup. I didn't found anyone having the same Issue yet. I tried reinstalling, restarting, cutting connection to the internet, updating windows, SFC /scannow and health restore etc.

This file does not seem to be damaged. I asked someone with a OS which can run Windows 10 Edition fine for the file and the hashes of both files are identical.
