Crashes/Lag

So I just updated MCPE on my iPad earlier today, but however , when I joins a server, I crashes me within 20 seconds of being on the server , and also when I type in chat , I experience lag spikes and just the screen just froze for up to 5 secs , then crashes. I think only IOS & W10 players are experiencing most of this because most android players dose not have this issue. I also erased all of my data on my device and it does not help , no matter what.
