Featured Servers appearing on Friends tab

Often when I select Play on the main menu, the world list shows the Featured Servers on the Friends tab under LAN Games, without the server names. The first time I saw this, it scared the bejeezus out of me because it read "NEW >> Money Wars LIVE <<" — I thought some unknown spammer had penetrated my local network and connected to my LAN.

Since then I have realized that it's just the featured servers being mishandled. Lifeboat Network and Mineplex usually disappear the first time a status update (to the online player count and connection quality meter) occurs, but InPVP usually gets stuck on the Friends tab with the player count and connection meter being updated there, while on the Servers tab InPVP shows "???" players and a red dot in place of the meter.

I marked this issue Private because I'm concerned that this could potentially be exploited to list a rogue outside server in the LAN games, which might mean children who aren't allowed to access servers could load them, and also might mean they could be run without Xbox Live monitoring.
