some old worlds are chrashing in the better together update

some old worlds created before the better together update wil try to load until the whole green load bar is completed the load bar freezes and after 5 seconds minecraft closes. i tried to reinstall minecraft and save my save files. i disabled plutonium mode. i tried it the next day and nothing changed. some worlds work the others not. servers are working good
