I have the disc to Minecraft and it wont let me get it for free, I looked at the website and it said I could get it for free, my bestfriend (On a call with me RIGHT NOW!) makenna got it for free

I have a disc for minecraft xbox one edition, in my recent searches, it says we can get it for free with the disc, but I cant, my friend can, and Im on the call with her right now, she pressed buy but above it said free, mine says 19.99+ and I dont know why, I wanted this new version, but I cant get it and she can? thats so unfair, I dont like it.
