Logging in

So I just got the new update for disk owners on Xbox one. I tried to login to start getting achievement's and buy coins to use in the market. But an error happens when I try to buy coins without signing in. But if I click the Sign In to Xbox Live for free! option it acts like I was signed in without actually signing me in. Idk what to do to fix the issue.
