Dont have my skins or texture packs from. minecraft xbox one edition favourites pack

Since minecraft better togher came out on xbox my brother has not recived any of his skin packs and texture packs from the xbox one edition favourites pack. he is very disapointed as he really enjoyed the skin packs and texture pack. His gamer tag is ( InfiniteHarris ) plz can you help? thanks
