Not able to keep v 1.2.0.29 on Xbox

I had updated to v 1.2.0.29 on Xbox via the Insider Hub and was able to join a server with my friend on Win10 running v 1.2.0.31. Days later for some reason my Minecraft version reverted back to 1.2.0. I then Uninstalled the Insider Hub app and Minecraft and was able to resintall back to v 1.2.0.29. Yesterday this same issue happened again only i noticed that my Minecraft Xbox edition had and update. After updating it prompted me to get the Better Together version from the Store. Fine. back to v 1.2.0.29. Logging on this morning for some reason I'm back to v 1.2.0 and not able to even find the listing in the Insider Hub. Reinstalling also only leads to v.1.2.0
