Attempting to purchase Minecraft new version on Xbox One, but the Xbox One version persists and is unavailable

I realize the Better Together update released today on 09/20. I'm trying to buy the game for the first time about 9PM EST and it still shows only Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, but it can't be purchased. I understand that moving forward, it's just Minecraft. Is this a widespread issue happening with Xbox One?
