Fallout Mashup Pack doesn't have its colored glass textures anymore

In full 1.2.0 the Fallout Mashup Pack does not have its colored glass textures. Each troupe of glass had different textures and color, but now they're all default glass regardless of type. Picture down below is an area which usually has tons of colored glass.
