Purchased DLC showing as not purchased in Better Together

I have the the Halloween Mash-up pack purchased on the Xbox One Edition, however it is showing that I need to pay for it in the Better Together version of the game.

I am not sure if this effects other DLC skins or Mash-ups, but this is the only one that I have that doesn't work.
