/teleport and /tp yRot and xRot arguments do not work on non-player entities
In theory, running /execute @e[type=zombie] ~ ~ ~ teleport @s ~ ~ ~ ~90 ~ would cause all zombies to rotate 90 degrees. In practice, it has no effect. /execute @a ~ ~ ~ teleport @s ~ ~ ~ ~90 ~ on the other hand causes all players to rotate 90 degrees as one would expect.
