Beacons take too long to change color.

When you place a stained glass window on top of a beacon,it usually changes color quickly.It does change color,however it takes a few seconds.IIRC,nothing even happens on the pocket editions(which is probably a separate bug but just mentioning it here for relevancy's sake.).
