Pick Block Colored Wool in Hotbar Provides Wrong Text.

What this glitch is:
When you pick block a colored wool that is in your hotbar it displays "Wool" instead of the color it is.
To Reproduce:
Get 1-2 colors of wool.
Pick Block the wool that is in your hotbar but not in your hand.
