cant buy texture pack in Beta editon build 1.2.0.31 gui:3

This is actually on PC but we don't have the natural texture pack on xbox one yet for some reason. when on the PC version I go to the store and click unlock it shows a pop up that I have just unlocked the texture pack but does not proceed to download. I did purchase the stone age pack on the xbox one just fine. and when I went to the store in the pc variant it was able to download file also. I don't know why the natural texture pack is not unlocking and I do have enough coins for it.
