Bought items won't appear until the user right clicks or presses LT on the slot the item would have assigned too. (Command Block Shops)

Automated shops built using command blocks (/clear, /give, /title) work flawlessly except that the purchased item won't appear in the players inventory unless they right click or press LT on the slot the item would have assigned too.

I'm not sure what causes the delay/bug but everything else about the setup fires fine.

I've included screenshots of the set up, including my inventory bar that shows even though I've gotten the egg it isn't there until I right clicked the spot it would have gone too.

This bug has been tested on Xbox One, Windows 10 and Minecraft PE: Android - all three have the same effect.
